UDDOG was formed in 1995 by enthusiastic and energetic women social workers with a view to specially assist the under privileged children and women of the community for achieving an assured and sufficient means of livelihood, established children and women rights and their social equality in the society. UDDOG is working with the extremely poor, illiterate, oppressed and neglected men, women, children and adolescents to improve their socio economic status of the society. UDDOG is committed to bring positive change of society with its dedicated and devoted workforce.

(1) To create positive attitude among the community people enabling them proactive regarding VAW issues (2) To establish a sustainable social model for tracking the incidence of violence, taking action violence against women and children (3)To establish a service providers’ mechanism for rendering the support to victim and addressing the VAW issues

• 50% Disadvantaged women effectively taken part in decision making in regards to the economic, education and their family and societal life. •Reduced at least 25 % of early/child marriage, dowry, eave-teasing, polygamy, wife beating, sexual and physical harassment, and child abuse incidences. •Gender sensitized service providers carry out their responsibilities to provide necessary support to the VAW victims in terms of health, legal proceedings and social safety-net program in Birol Upazila. •Increased at least 25 percent educational opportunities for girl’s children and reduced dropout rate from formal schools. •\Registered five social groups efficiently perform their roles to ensure women and child rights in respective level.
