| Brief history of the Organization: |
Shaplaful, a non-Government development organization, has been established in 1980 lead by a renowned female social worker (Morhuma Fatema Moslem) of Bagerhat town along with a bend of like minded female personal to help the under privileged women and children in the field of health and Socio-economic aspect. An organization with long experience of service delivery is now being undertaken different rights base approaches and governance activities. The ranges of services provided are family planning, health and hygienic, employment generation, agriculture activities, education and ensuring reproductive health rights of the clients, disabled project etc. |
| Project Objective: |
1. To form associations of the poor and marginalized women clients’ for claiming right to information and right to good interpersonal communication and counseling in relation to reproductive health and ensuring Governance in Health Care Institution.
2. To facilitate the reproductive health care system in service delivery institution of selected area towards vulnerable women Clients responsive.

| Expected Outcome: |
• Clients have formed their associations and increase the claiming Capacity ot clients in the regard to Reproductive Health rights (rights to information and rights to good interpersonal communication and counseling).
• The clients can details of his/her illness and medications and are respectful to the human aspects of clients.
• Clients’ satisfaction regarding reproductive treatment related information and interpersonal communication has increased in District Sadar Hospital, MCHC, Upazila Health Complex and FWC.
• Establish client’s reproductive Health Rights and Governance. |
| Project Goal: |
To demonstrate good practice model in relation to the reproductive health rights and ensuring Rights and governance (right to information and right to good interpersonal communication and counseling) of the clients in the Health care institution of the selected area. |
| Major Activity: |
• Awareness Raising of Primary and Secondary Groups (Clients)
• Formation and Capacity building of Clients' Associations.
Motivation and Sensitization of Nurses and Support Staff and Health Administrators. SACMO, BMA, Doctors, at FWC, Upazila Health Complax, MCHC and Gynee ward of Sadar Hospitals.
• Facilitate FWC, Upazila Health Complex, MCHC and Sadar Hospital to Maintain Score /Report Card and Improvement of Reproductive Health Managements.
• Formation and activate of one standing Committee of local Govt. Institution in the Project area.
• Arrange Public Hearing Session according to the Findings of report/ Scorecard.
• Net working activities.
• Regional and National Conference.
