ROVA Foundation is a non governmental, non-profit, voluntary social development organization and has been working for the development and improvement of underpreviledged rural and urban peoples' livelihood. It established in 1993 by the initiatives of a group of local youths and by the plan of some qualified and revolitionary individuals. ROVA Foundation has been working for changing the socio-economic status of the poor people living in the interior rural villages as well as in the underdeveloped urban areas and who are depriving from their basic needs and are not getting sufficient facilities for their better livelihood. ROVA is registered with Department of Social Services, NGO Affairs bureau and Societies Act.

1. To promote measurable legal rights of the marginalized fisher folk community over the khas water bodies and natural resources. 2. To create supplementary income opportunities and access to services for security and stable livelihood. 3. To protect and promote civil rights.
