| Brief history of the Organization: |
Mukti Nari-O-Shishu Unnayan Sangstha is a non-government, non-political and non-profitable right-based organization. It was established in 1990 at Kushtia by some courageous, committed, dedicated and hard working women leaders, led by Momtaz Roomy with a view to overall emancipation of distressed and under privileged women and children. Mukti is concerned with the poor communities. Mukti’s program are focused on human rights, good governance, violence against, women and children and women empowerment. |

-To create a gender sensitized environment in the working area.
