| Brief history of the Organization: |
Name of the organization: KAPO SHEBA SANGHA, Court Road, Banarupa,
Rangamati.Established in 1994,registered in Social Welfare Department No.- 91/97.NGO Bureau Registration No.- 1348.
Health Care Centre Constructed in 2001-2002 with financial assistance from Australian High Commission.
Present PPIR Project activities with assistance from MJF started from- March 2005.

| Project Objective: |
1.For improvement of the system of Traditional Customary and Family Laws of 11 Indigenous Communities, particularly inheritance law through protection & practice.
2.A Primary Health Care Center is being established in Rangamati Dstrict to ensure advanced medical facilities for the people living in remote areas who are deprived from medical treatment, specially mothers in pre & post natal stage and child health care. |

1. Documened of Customary Law for 11 Indigenous Community
2. Traditional Learders of 11 Indigenous Communities will perform their duty through documented copies of customary law.
2. 25,000 communities of five upozilla's will receive health facilities |

1.Strengthening traditional local governance and improvement of judicial system in Chittagong Hill Tracts.
2.To extend medical support to marginalized people in CHT. |

Awareness program of CHT's traditional governance system & capacity building of Union Parishad (UP) Elected Representative (ER) and Traditional Community Leaders (TCL).
Advocacy on CHT Local Government Institution (LGI) policies and traditional customary laws.
Free medical treatment for mothers & children including marginalized people.
