Karmojibi Nari has been working for the assertion of the rights of the women in this patriarchal society since 1991. As an activist organization it has gain the capability of to address the issues related to socio-economic development. The equality of women with men and the assertion of the rights of women workers is the most important issue, related with development is being dealt by Karmojibi Nari for last twelve years. By this time Karmojibi Nari achieved skills to run the projects encompassing its goal of emancipation of the womenfolk of the country. The personnel of Karmojibi Nari through their visits to the countries, regional and Asian gathered knowledge and know how for net working with the organizations of other counties, working for the same cause.

01. To organize and mobilize agricultural workers. 02. To build leadership and advocacy capacity of agricultural workers for accessing essential services. 03. To advocate for convince Govt. to enact a complete labor law for the agricultural workers.

1. 5400 sensitized agricultural workers (216 new cell members) organized under cells in 12 unions under 12 upazilas in 6 districts. 2. 7748 agricultural workers (322 old cell members) developed self mobilized organization (Krishi Shromik Adhikar Bastobaon Committee) in 18 unions under 12 upazilas in 6 districts. 3. 216 trained organizers most of which are women. 4. 13148 Workers got access to information on public health, education, agriculture, legal aid, social safety net & other services at project areas and claim their rights. 5. One sensitized and self mobilized NGOs network will work and organize campaign for the labor law for agricultural workers at grassroots to national level. 6. Journalists, civil & political society and policy makers will be aware and increased opinion for the labor law of agricultural workers.
