| Brief history of the Organization: |
Dedication and tireless efforts of some energetic social workers of Rangamati Hill District resulted establishing this non-political and non-profitable organization in 2000. The Chakma term ‘Hilehili’ means backward hilly region. Considering the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) as backward region, Hilehili Development Foundation (HDF) is committed to work for advancement of backward communities. |
| Project Objective: |
1.To organize Jum cultivators about eco-friendly sustainable jum cultivation
2.To build capacity on basic rights of agriculture, animal-husbandry, health, education and real price of the product in the market.

| Expected Outcome: |
1.At the end of the project 30 CBO will aware about sustainable Jum cultivation
2.At the end of the project livelihood capacity of 70% Jum cultivators will be increased.
3.At the end of the project 3000 direct and 9000 indirect beneficiaries will be aware about basic human rights and sustainable livelihood practice
