| Brief history of the Organization: |
FAIR is a social and human development and research organization registerd in 1988. Since its inception it has been implementing various kinds of social development human rights based research activities at Kustia successfully. |

- Mobilizing the Horijan community for the protection of the rights of the Horijan
-Establish the health and education rights of the Horijan community through increasing their accessibility in various in various government non-government facilities
-Sensitizing the general people to develop positive attitude to the horijan community
-Creating alternative livelihood |

Advocacy groups received training and took various initiatives to establish the rights of the horizan community
-Volunteer groups received training and took various initiatives to establish the rights of the horizan community
-Horijan community united to protect their rights and development
-Negative attitude of the general public to the Horijan community decreased and their dignity increased
-understanding level of Horijan community regarding the HR issues increased
-90% of the Horijan children are enrolled in the schools
-Accessibility of Horijan children in cultural and educational institution increased |
