| Brief history of the Organization: |
Eco- Development Organization has started functioning since 2000, and its working area is in the southeastern part of Bangladesh. At present it is working with ADB funded Project and BRAC funded Non Formal primary education Program in Bandarban District. |
| Project Objective: |
1. Community is involved in improved agriculture, nursery and fruit production for improving their monthly income.
2. Groups are organized and capacitate for sustainable agriculture
3. Marketing of agro-forestry and vegetable production established

| Expected Outcome: |
• 180 village people will be aware sustainable plan on vegetable production, seasonal crops, plant production on nursery and gardening information.
• 70 village people will be skilled on mushroom cultivation, honey bee keeping and production of medicinal plant.
• 300 hundred community members will be skilled on nursery management, agriculture and entrepreneurship process
• 300 hundred community members will get agricultural machinery support, such as spray machine and power tiller.
• 10 agro-forestry demonstration or resource center will be set up at union level for community groups.
• Local marketing mechanism will be developed by linking community (such as Eco will provide information on agricultural project through local business personal) groups with local business man.
• A seasonal crop calendar will be prepared with help of community for smooth crop production.
