| Project Objective: |
1. Increase access to GO/NGO services and awareness on health, education, land, culture and justice to establish equal rights of Adivasi people;
2. Develop leadership capacity in Adivasi community to protect their rights;
3. Strengthen the capacity of Adivasi people for sustainable development and livelihood;

| Expected Outcome: |
- Adivasi people are awaken on their rights in terms of education, culture, land, health and others issues
- The regaining process of Adivasi land are started
- Their voices are heard and considered to resolve the problem by the Government of Bangladesh
- Networks and linkages are established among the Adivasi people, GO/NGOs, policy maker and civil society
- Adivasi people are aware of their land and also keeping proper documents
- Enrollment of Adivasi children to educational institution are increased |
| Project Goal: |
enhance the capacities of indigenous people (Adivasi’s) and promotion their rights for sustainable development of the Adivasi people. |
| Major Activity: |
Organize the selected beneficiaries into 40 (in 2 Upazila, 15 unions and 40 villages) interactive groups/forums at community level; (men, women, adolescent/youth, community leaders etc.)
half day meeting/seminar (one in each year) with Adivasi, civil society, GO & NGO representative to exchange the views and build peaceful environment at district level;
Formation of Adivasi forums (men, women, adolescent or youth) at community level: village/ union/ Upazila;
Identify the local indigenous IGA opportunities through participatory approach, such as conduct PRA session with Adivasi people;
Provide skill development training on homestead gardening and livestock for poor and vulnerable Adivasi women;
